Review contract and addendums for accuracy & completion
Provide copies of contract and addendums to your clients, lender, and closing attorney
Personalized call to all parties introducing ourselves as your team member and providing our contact information for follow up communications with them
Website portal for you and your clients to see all activity and forms
Schedule follow ups with all parties involved, including lenders and attorneys
Ensure all deadlines are met for the Due Diligence Date & Settlement Date
